Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote JKKN Institute and its programs. The Marketing Manager will work closely with other members of the marketing team, as well as with various departments within the institute, to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with the institute's vision and mission statements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote JKKN Institute and its programs.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that funds are allocated effectively.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Create and manage marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Manage the institute's website and ensure that it is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
• Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, seminars, and webinars.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall goals of the institute.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and techniques.
• Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Experience in the education sector or related field is a plus.
