Job description
Role: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)
Overview of the role § Nature of role: Full time, fully work from office. § Marketing experience required: Must have experience of setting up and executing marketing programs for lead-generation for B2B software and services targeted at financial institutions, including email and social media marketing. § Copywriting skills required: Drafting compelling emails for email marketing, copy for social media marketing and content for landing pages, microsites etc. for company’s software solutions and consulting services. § Industry knowledge reqd.: Good understanding of how financial institutions work, the departments within banks, NBFCs, insurers etc. is required. Awareness of regulatory / business factors impacting financial institutions and problems / challenges faced by them would be a significant advantage. § Educational qualification: MBA or Graduate degree. § Language requirements: Ability to write & speak fluently in English. § Technical skills reqd.: Hands-on experience and familiarity with commonly used email marketing and social media marketing software is essential. Additionally, strong command on Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel is expected. Detailed expectations from role Key performance metrics: § Leads and sales from marketing campaigns executed – social media, email etc. § Impressions from marketing campaigns executed. § Content updates on landing pages, websites etc. § No. of marketing events conducted / participated in (for third-party events). § Leads, sales and impressions from marketing events conducted / participated in. § Customer acquisition costs, CTR and CPC for online ad campaigns. § Adherence to sales operations processes and organization’s policies. Other expectations: § An “ownership attitude” with a passion for creating market for company’s product and services. § Strong business writing and oral communication skills § Collaborative and partnership-oriented and ready to work as a team member/ leader.Job tags
