Key Contributions

Payouts - Commission & Contest

. Manage payouts - Commission, Contest etc.

. Coordination with Finance team for smooth flow of payouts

. Reconciliation of payout data

. Ensuring correctness of payout process

. Coordination with various stakeholders for implementation of new developments related to payout

. Ensure correct developments regards to commission rates of new product launch

iTALIC Portal Management

. Able to Understand the requirement received from various stake holders.

. Coordinate and guide developer for enhancement

. Able to Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Post production testing.

. Managing and providing ongoing support for smooth function of portal.

Ad hoc Management information Reports / Regulatory Reports

. Ability to develop and generate reports for management / Sales / Operations to provide information about function specific performance.

Skills Required

Technical

. Strong RDBMS (Relational Database Management System) knowledge.

. Knowledge of Transactional-SQL (T-SQL), Joins, Functions, Procedures, Indexes. Loops.

Post- Graduate / MBA will be preferred.

Experience

. 5+ Years in handling MIS/ Reporting

. Process and Reconciliation of Payouts

Experience in Financial sector will be preferred
