Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media and Visual Content Creation:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy that includes visually engaging content for

LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, and other relevant platforms.

• Create eye-catching graphics, images, and infographics to accompany social media

posts.

• Craft visually appealing presentations, ensuring alignment with Procal's brand

aesthetics.

• Lead social media communication strategy by developing, executing, and maintaining a

results-driven campaigns on all platforms

2. Content Creation:

• Produce compelling written content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with

Procal's brand voice and product/solution offerings. An adequate understanding of

technology fundamentals is required to ensure proper messaging.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content

development.

• Ensure consistency in messaging and design across all communication channels.

• Analyze how effective our content and programming cadence is, while making

recommendations for improvement based on insights and trends

• Create weekly reports to share with the company at weekly marketing meetings

• Work with cross-functional team members on the marketing and creative teams to

ideate and execute social media posts and strategies that engage and grow the audience

on various social media platforms

3. Public Relations:

• Design visually appealing press releases and media kits to accompany PR efforts.

• Work closely with media outlets to provide visual assets for positive coverage.

• Create visually stunning collateral for events, conferences, and other public

appearances.

• Brainstorm blog content, themes, and strategies as well as research topics on get

traction

• Write and upload blog posts, along with photo assets with relevant content and context

as needed

4. Brand Identity:

• Take ownership of Procal's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all

communications.

• Develop and enforce brand guidelines for design elements, including color schemes,

fonts, and imagery.

5. Online Reputation Management:

• Design responses to online reviews, comments, and mentions to maintain a positive

online reputation.

• Collaborate with the content team to create visually engaging responses for social

media interactions.

• Ideate new marketing initiatives and craft corresponding execution plans

6. Increase Followers and Engagement:

• Develop strategies to increase Procal's social media followers across platforms.

• Implement tactics to enhance engagement, including interactive content, polls, and

user-generated content.

• Research, contact, and coordinate with key influencers on social media platforms to

promote the brand

7. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing design support for marketing, sales,

and product initiatives.

• Liaise with external agencies or partners for design-related projects.

8. Reporting and Analysis:

• Provide insights on the visual performance of communication strategies.

• Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of visual content and make data-

driven decisions.

• Manage performance tracking and reporting, including (but not limited to) monthly,

campaign and ad-hoc reports, in addition to socialization across cross-functional and

leadership team

• Analyze customer behavior on-site and make recommendations for continuous

improvement easing the path to purchase

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, media studies, and/or graphic design

with six or more years of experience working as a content creator and/or social media

manager

• Proven experience in digital marketing, business communication, social media

management, and graphic design.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.

• Excellent communication skills, writing ability, and digital savviness

• Experience working with US, Europe and Middle East based clients

• Exceptional written and visual communication skills.

• A good team player with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Critical thinking skills and the ability to take a concept from ideation and strategy to

execution autonomously

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Design thinking skills with experience developing highly creative digital campaigns

across different platforms

• Excellent communication skills, writing ability, and digital savviness

• Critical thinking skills and the ability to take a concept from ideation and strategy to

execution autonomously

• Solid knowledge of social media optimization utilizing paid promotion, consumer

insights, hashtags, SEO, and other digital tools to increase performance

• Willingness to learn and grow at a fast-paced environment
