Mission

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Customer Experience

Specialist to join our team As our Customer Experience Specialist, you will be

instrumental in implementing our business strategy by actively providing an immersive

experience to customers and driving sales. Along with your team, your goal will be to

convert each prospect into a raving fan of company.

Your mission is to improve the customer experience by attending to them in realtime,

helping them with their query through calls and chats, and generating business.

Responsibilities

Make Calls to connect with leads in real time

Reply to Direct Chats to connect with them in realtime

Maintaining and following Sales processes and SOPs

Handling inquiries through Inbound Calls amp; Chat.

Build Highquality relationships with Prospects, Customers, and teams.

Maintain CRM database

Gather leads and customer information and update in CRM

Work with team to reach goals

Should be able to work late or come early if the work assigned is not completed

Provide correct recommendations, and information to the leads and customers

Participation in Team building activities and HR events

Lead Management

Lead Mining

Achieve Target

Coordinate with teams and ensure that the customer experience is not hampered

EducationExperience

Sales experience is mandatory

Excellent communication skills

Females preferred

Requirements

Minimum High School completed

Graduate preferred

1 Sales amp; Customer Service Experience

Good Communication skills written and verbal. Persuasive speaking skills

Thorough understanding of prospecting and negotiation techniques

Selfcontrol and Selfmotivated

Empathy, Adaptability, Attentiveness, Patience amp; Ability to use Positive language

Effective Listening amp; Time management skills

Willingness to Improve amp; ability to admit when you dont have an answer or when

you are wrong, Ability to receive feedback
