Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruiting a team of financial advisor on commission basis and generate the business. - Monitoring and follow-up process for driving sales through advisors. - Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients. - Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans. - Identified the training needs of the agent and work with trainers to improve the same. - Delivering consistent sales output utilizing management and monitoring capabilities. - Improve agent productivity and retention.
