Job Description
Lead, Campus Program
Lead the central Campus Cell by strategizing and executing campus recruitment, engagement and retention programs Pan India. You will join the India Talent Attraction Campus Hiring team whose vision is to engage and attract the best and most diverse talent for Airtel through our amazing candidate-centric experiences. As a consultative and collaborative recruitment expert and leader, you will be directly responsible for leading the Campus Talent Attraction team with focus on program execution, process enhancement, data integrity, and exceptional candidate experience to drive prioritized strategic business initiatives and streamlined efficiencies through collaborative partnerships.
Responsibilities:
14. Design calendar for proactive campus engagement, pitching for and securing preferred slots. Planning hiring drives, facilitating high-impact pre-placement talks, and enabling high touch Post Offer Engagement
15. Enhancing candidate brand experience by leveraging social media and other tools. Team up with students' associations to influence top-of-mind awareness among prospective student hires
16. Be responsible for the I&D plan for the Campus program and collaborate with the I&D team as well as the business
Requirements:
1. Exposure of campus recruitment with international institutes, premier institutes and mass hiring.
2. Should have hired at least 500+ candidates per year
3.MBA HR , preferably with 5+ years of campus recruiting experience
4.Proven track record of influencing and/or leading a campus recruiting team
5.Previous experience in diversity recruiting for emerging talent
