Job Description :The Business Wooqer is an App for businesses to digitize frontline operations, trusted by brands like Lifestyle, Skechers, Pantaloons, Lenskart, Barista, Dominos and others. Our real-time, mobile-first app and DIY platform, are purpose-built to empower retail leaders to digitize frontline operations, compliance, audits, data collection, and team communications with intuitive reports, enabling faster decisions and visibility. 100,000+ retail stores and restaurants use Wooqer in 21 countries to share guidelines, set expectations, measure compliance and build accountability among 250,000 users, in 11 languages, leading to both topline and bottom-line impact. Were an onsite team, working from our office in Bellandur, Bangalore. The Role : Mobile Tech Lead at Wooqer Our mobile platforms make our oneApp and a portal for hundreds of thousands of users to Get the job done, every day, faster and smarter. Over the years, users have rated their experience very high with our engagement Apps (4.8 on Android for >4K reviews & and 4.5 on iOS). Our users rate us as the easiest-to-use platform! We are just getting started. Wooqer is now building leadership to further elevate our user experiences by helping them get the job done even faster, smarter and gracefully. This position shall provide the necessary leadership and direction to our efforts. You'll be responsible for imagining, architecting, designing and refining the mobile experiences for Wooqer users to deliver on Wooqer's promise at the highest possible level and beyond. The scope covers our current mobile efforts as well as extending the mobile efforts into evolving technology opportunities. You'll build a high-quality team and environment to help them do their best work. About you : 1. You are a technologist and an engineer (mobility) with a vision of how users engage with mobile platforms. 2. You have shipped at least 1 highly-rated iOS or Android App and have seen the cycle of refining the App(incorporate user feedback, stabilise availability and refactor priority features). 3. You can inspire people to join your vision and care passionately about their success. 4. At minimum you have majored at the top of your class from any respected technology school globally. 5. You have work experience of >5 years and have experienced growth in a fast-paced environment. 6. You aspire to work with equally talented people and raise the bar for any team. 7. You have an eye for details - in design, in use cases, in presentations and in user feedback.
