Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for guest relations, communication, customer service, sales, and receptionist duties. The Guest Relations Executive will be an ambassador of our brand and will ensure that our customers receive a memorable and personalized experience.

Qualifications

• Experience - 1 to 3 years Experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proven experience in sales and receptionist duties
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume foot traffic
• Passion for coffee and our brand
• Ability to work independently and remotely ( Western line only)
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Experience in the coffee industry is a plus
• Fluency in English writtern and Verbal is a plus
• should be able to commute anywhere in western line

Ability to solve customer grievances and queries.
