Position: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 4 to 6 years (Exp. In freight forwarding will be preferred)

CTC – Upto 35 K.

Responsibilities:

We are a freight forwarding company looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to manage all financial transactions related to Receivables which includes billing and accounting of receipts.

• Responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling ledger & and statements and providing support to the credit control department.
• Hands-on experience working with general ledgers, GST, TDS and other Taxation.
• Manage all procurement, shipping, and invoicing electronic files within organizational standards.
• Analyze, track, and report non-compliance for billing process improvement.
• Finalization of Accounting & taxation Matters
• TDS/TCS Returns
• Reconciliation
• MIS Reports related to billing, outstanding, TAT etc.
• Bank Reconciliation Statement.

Requirements:

Good to have 4-6 years' experience working with a Freight forward company.

Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally.

Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups.

Well-versed with MS Excel

Practical Experience GST, TDS etc.
