Job description

As a State Head - Retail Sales, into Automotive Lubricant Industry you will be responsible for leading and directing regional sales functions to achieve business objectives. Additionally, you will develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy, monitor, and analyse sales and marketing activity against AOP.

• MBA/PGDM in Sales and marketing.
• Expert in contracting, negotiation, and change management.
• Over a decade of sales experience, with a focus on strategic planning and execution for the past 4-5 years.
• Skilled in setting and achieving sales goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects.
• Flexible schedule and proactive work approach.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Adept at negotiation, leadership, and creative problem-solving.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
