Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Professor and will be reporting to the Chairman. The Research Professor will be responsible for conducting research, publishing papers in academic journals, presenting findings at conferences, and guiding the MBA students in their research. The Research Professor will also be expected to teach relevant courses and collaborate with other faculty members in the department.

Pay Scale: Industry standard pay scale, based on the applicant profile, negotiable

Paid Leaves: 12 days paid leave per annum, apart from the Government holidays; Please note this is subject to approval by the Chairman/Management; Additional leaves based on the circumstances may be considered.

Qualifications and Education

• Strong research skills and an established record of scholarly publications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to mentor and guide graduate students in their research
• MBA from a recognised University in India or its equivalent, with a minimum of 60 percentage aggregate
• Doctorate/PhD degree in relevant field. Additional master's degree would be beneficial.
• Experience in teaching courses, conducting research, and presenting at conferences
• Proficiency in statistical and qualitative research methods is a benefit
• Ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members and departments
