Job description
Installation, repair and maintenance work of Lift Equipment DG Equipment EB Panels and all electrical work including transformers UPS HVAC Fire Alarm System Plumbing Carpentry Audit and review of MEP vJD for Multi Technician A multi technician with an excellent and deep knowledge in civil /construction projects and commercial / residential building construction and maintenance. Should have good problem solving, critical thinking and observational skills. Exposure/experience in interior fit out work will be an added advantage. Job Responsibilities: Installation, repair and maintenance work of Lift Equipment DG Equipment EB Panels and all electrical work including transformers UPS HVAC Fire Alarm System Plumbing Carpentry Audit and review of MEP drawings Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.) Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.) Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) Requirements Proven experience as maintenance technician Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors Prepare interim and final reports Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, team player with flexible and adaptable approach to work Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry Co-ordination with Designers from concept to final stage Communication skills required: English, Hindi and Kannadadrawings
