Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with potential clients (Domestic/International) through constant
- follow-up & meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular
- communication and follow-up.
- Be a bridge between builders & buyers.
- No cold calling is required.
- Attending developer meetings & channel partner orientations as and when required.
- Participate in the Negotiation meeting with the buyer & builder.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, finance, or other relevant
- B2C industries.
- Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
- To have an engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working on weekends.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
