Role: KDM Education: B.Tech and MBA Certification: PMP/Prince 2, ITIL Experience: 16 to 19 Y Mode of work: 5 days working from office. Candidate should have at least 5 Years experience of handling Govt projects (NOT - Ex Govt or Defense) Specific Experience: FPP Implementation and O&M with SLA Technical Skills: Java/J2EE or SAP /ABAP/HANA or Any ERP Single point of contact for all matters related to Delivery and overall contract compliance within required SLA’s. • Proactive project management and Project schedule tracking for Multiple Tracks • Responsible and accountable for profitability, Quality deliverables, Managing customer escalations and experience in large program Management/Governance Planning, scheduling, effort & cost management, tracking and committed to deliver within agreed timelines. Able to push back customer for out-of-scope items and keep actively looking for change requests. Very high focus on delivery Up keeping program documentation for record keeping and ensuring good at response/letter writing. Must have technical background/know-how into SAP, or any ERP, J2EE, front end technologies, DB, Data analytics, reporting etc… Must have experience of working with Indian Government / PSU and versed with ecosystem ( 5 plus years) Must have experience into delivery with cross functional teams and shared organizational matrix (min .12 years) Must be able to guide, mentor teams for achieving objectives of program. Must work in accordance to contract, NO WFH, only customer location due to nature of work. Good understanding of financials needed to derive profitability in account. Very good decision making with an eye for details. Thought leader. Open to travel on need basis • Activities includes but not limited to: • Technologies and Functional Domains expert and should be open to learn new domains • Fully versed with SDLC, Agile, Scrum methodologies • SLA Management and compliance • Escalation procedures Client location in Delhi NCR • Good into relationship management • Self starter Good into issue and RISK management Very good communication skills Must have experience of delivering under pressure and able to guide, mentor team in hours of crises.
