Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Lead. The Tech Lead will oversee all aspects of product delivery, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of our platform. Having core industry experience of 8 + Years. Responsibilities include managing a team of delivery professionals, Process implementation, client management, project management, ensuring timely delivery of projects, identifying and managing risks, and maintaining project documentation.
Responsibilities
Project Management:
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of software projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead high-performing development teams.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
Technology Proficiency:
Proficient in JavaScript and Node.js.
Oversee the technical aspects of product development.
Collaborate with technical teams to make informed decisions.
Process Implementation:
Develop and implement streamlined processes for the entire project & product lifecycle.
Measure and improve the efficiency of project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Agile Methodology:
Implement and champion agile methodologies within the development process.
Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Continuously improve and optimize the agile delivery process.
Client Communication:
Act as a liaison between development teams and clients or stakeholders.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the delivery of high-quality products through effective testing strategies.
Collaborate with QA teams to implement testing best practices.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.
Experience in agile development methodologies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of product development life cycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc.).
