Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative. The front desk representative will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, reservations, and communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience in receptionist duties and reservations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
