Secretarial & Commercial:
Compliance for WOS of Listed company, Secretarial Audit, CSR Compliance, Annual Filing (XBRL), Charge creation, Appointment of MD/ Chief Executive, CSR Committee/ Board/ General Meetings, Return of Deposits, MSME Returns, Whistleblower Committee, POSH Committee, Commercial Agreements Review, Tender Bid Risk Reviews, Internal Financial Control (RACM, GAP Analysis), Loan Documentation, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code litigations with vendors.
GST:
GST Compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/ 9C, ITC-04, GSTR-7 Reconciliation etc.), Tax Audit, GST Audit, GST Assessments, GST Appeals, GST-Inverted Duty Refunds, GST related arbitration with Govt./ Private Customers etc. for various construction projects spread across India under multiple GST registrations, Eway Bills.
