Job description

The Deputy CEO should be a seasoned and a tenured industry veteran with over 25 years of IT experience , who understands the evolution of technology business in India and its potential Understands aspects associated to revenue, margins and profitability Most importantly, a leader with a strong foothold in the India & US market and a demonstrated expertise in scaling up the region through organic and inorganic growth Bachelor's degree & MBA Deep delivery and domain knowledge in Value business and understanding /experience of the IMS/DIMS BUSINESS American citizen based in India or India citizen with proven global experience of servicing US /UK/GCC clients Minimum 10 to 15 years in early stage in delivery ,operational intensity and cost centre management Atleast 10 /15 years’ experience in large MNC /Tier1 IT companies Experience of being a smaller startup/intrapreneur within a larger company Min 5 years of Account /client engagement and business expansion experience Last 5 years in a Tier 2 IT company leading a business unit independently end to end Experience of managing a minimum budget of 500 crores Ability to balance cost /employee experience /compliance Aspiration to run a listed company in the next 1 year

Role and Responsibilities The Dy CEO will be accountable for overseeing, operations management, business planning, strategic planning of the Service Business. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement short and long-term company goals. He shall be part of CXO team, he/she will be responsible for outcomes as outlined below: Accountable for the global consolidated business EBITA of the Services business comprising of the Professional services, Enterprise services, Value business services He will be responsible to drive the margin enhancements and budget, cost optimization plans as per the AOP Accountable for existing account retention, customer satisfaction and expansion of existing revenues growth YOY by 10% Ensure service quality assurance, delivery excellence as per the customer SLA’s. Upsell and cross sell within the existing clients effectively and deliver additional revenue growth of 10% Drive the margin enhancement by efficiently changing the revenue mix within the existing clients /strategic accounts by changing the value business mix Increase the share of wallet in our GCC countries by 25% for other services lines Accountable for all business operations compliances and process controls Reduce the DSO by 10% and manage partner/vendor expectation and increase DPO by 10% Ensure Revenue assurance is complied with from a contract to cash cycle perspective and ensure 100% revenue recognition as per contracts Continue to build practise capabilities within delivery to support company’s’ growth across all services lines Drive synergy sales within existing accounts of our next gen product powered services along with the Global KAM head Shape strategic deals and partnerships. Champion new age technologies (Digital, AI/ Automation, Analytics, Cloud) across diverse industries
