Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at A&G Realtors & Solicitors in Delhi, India. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients and providing customer support. The primary goal of the Caller is to ensure client satisfaction, resolve queries, and provide guidance on real estate-related matters.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Experience in customer service or telemarketing
- Basic understanding of real estate market and industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred
