Job description
1. Should have Inventory management of the overall stock at warehouse.
2. Searching transport against dispatch for both inward & outward dispatch for both purchase & sales.
3. Should have knowledge of issuing Ewaybill against the dispatches.
4. Arranging the documents against dispatches.
5. Follow up with the transporter for status of the package.
6. Keeping a record of purchase and restocking the site accordingly.
7. Precise Data entry both in the ZOHO Software & In Excel.
8. Physical stock checking and its maintenance.
9. Maintain and ensure all reports documents and invoices are filed and stored properly.
1. Good verbal and written communication (English).
2. Good spoken and reading communication ability in local language.
3. Flexible and adaptable to new environments
4. Should be minimum Graduate.
5. Good knowledge in Excel advanced knowledge is preferred.
