Contact us at - Email: [email protected] Job Title: Tele Sales Specialist Company: Dr. Arora's Clinic Location: Mohali, Punjab, India Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Inbound Call Handling: Attend to incoming calls from patients seeking information and assistance regarding Sexual Health problems. Provide empathetic and informative responses to address patient inquiries. Appointment Booking: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling for patients, booking prepaid appointments with our doctors for consultations and treatments. Explain the clinic's consultation fees, emphasizing the commitment to delivering high-quality services. Target Achievement: Work towards challenging monthly targets for appointment bookings. Strive to achieve and exceed set targets to unlock additional incentives. Language Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent command over English, Hindi, and Punjabi to effectively communicate with a diverse patient base. Quality Assurance: Uphold the clinic's commitment to quality by ensuring patients understand the value of the services provided. Collect feedback from patients to contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate and schedule appointments in alignment with doctors' availability. Requirements: Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Ability to empathize with patients and address their concerns professionally. Strong organizational skills to manage appointment schedules effectively.
