Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and street-smart individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager in the Founder's Office. This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of various responsibilities. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the company's founder, providing essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Founder's Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive Support : Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the founder, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Project Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and track projects initiated by the founder. Take ownership of project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met, and milestones achieved.
  3. Information Management : Collect, organize, and analyze information to facilitate effective decision-making by the founder. Ensure data is accurate and readily available when needed.
  4. Communication Liaison : Act as a communication liaison between the founder and various teams, departments, and external partners. Ensure that messages are conveyed accurately and efficiently.
  5. Problem Solving : Demonstrate street-smart problem-solving skills to address challenges and find creative solutions. Be resourceful and adaptable to handle unforeseen situations.
  6. Event Coordination : Help plan, organize, and execute company events, including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings.
  7. Team Collaboration : Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by working with team members across different departments and providing assistance where needed.
  8. Confidentiality : Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive matters and handle information with the utmost discretion.
  9. Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify areas for improvement within the Founder's Office and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
