The team brings in 7 years of experience in building electoral strategies that spark conversations, effect change, and help shape electoral and legislative ecosystems in our country. What Would This Role Entail? The duties will include producing succinctly written content, proofreading work for accuracy and quality, and translating content and documents whenever necessary. ● Quickly translate documents from English to Hindi within strict deadlines ● Contribute ideas towards improving the quality and quantity of content ● Work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy ● Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality Necessary Skills: ● Professional proficiency in English and Hindi and Marathi. ● Functional knowledge of Google Suite and MS Oce ● Fast typing skills in both English, Hindi and Odia ● Ability to gently translate content and documents ● Effective verbal communication skills ● Preferred Bachelor’s degree in English/Hindi Literature Good to Have Skills: ● Basic understanding of politics and the nature of India’s democracy ● Calm under pressure and comfortable with a fast-paced work environment ● Deadline-focused and goal-driven with excellent problem-solving skills ● Attention to detail and reasonable verbal communication skills If you're an early to mid-career professional looking for a high-impact challenge, interested in joining a team of like-minded and motivated individuals who think strategically, act decisively, and get things done, drop in an email at [email protected]Job tags
