15-18 Lacs Job Responsibilities: Reviewing the scope of Internal Audis to make it effective & objective on ongoing basis. Managing a team of Internal Auditors and ensuring coverage, quality & effectiveness of internal audits conducted to provide independent assurance to Management. Getting management responses on audit observations discuss with respective users by visiting locations and remove bottlenecks, if any, in understanding and finalize the management comments. Establish and continuously re-assess an effective Internal Control System and thus minimized the risk of errors, misconduct or fraud by designing and strengthening company processes of review and control.
