Job Overview
We are hiring a Field Sales Associate to join our team at Educate U. As a Field Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales management, be a persuasive communicator, and excel at lead generation and sales closures.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales management
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company objectives
- Submit regular reports on sales activities and progress
