Job description

- In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our product managers (Senior Product Owner) to define and achieve squad-level objectives that will achieve the product vision
- Your leadership will guide your assigned squad(s) in realizing their missions, developing roadmaps, and engaging with key stakeholders throughout the lifespan of our programme
About the team
- Work with Product Manager (senior product owner) to define squad level goals that support the project and programme level objectives.
- Lead squads to achieve assigned mission, roadmap and liaise with critical stakeholders throughout the project.
- Work closely with product managers to create and maintain product backlog according to business priorities.
- Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile delivery
Responsibilities
- Collaboratively plan and prioritize product development and feature backlog at the squad level, guided by the Senior Product Owners strategic direction.
- Work with other squad product owners to identify and mitigate/manage dependancies
- Develop and refine agile product features, ensuring clarity and understanding across teams through continuous engagement.
- Assess, craft, and prioritize user stories and product features, aligning them with our overarching product management strategy.
- Act as a liaison between squads and stakeholders, effectively communicating insights and updates, and addressing inquiries.
- Lead and inspire the product development team, fostering an environment that brings out the best in each member and culminates in delivering outstanding user stories and products.
- Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer or user problems
- Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
- Cultivate innovative solutions to enhance our customers experience and address their needs.
- Engage in proactive communication with team members to drive project milestones and outcomes.
- Analyze and leverage data to refine and make recommendations to improve our software lifecycle and offerings.
- Work hand-in-hand with the scrum team, ensuring seamless development processes.
- Organize and conduct meetings to pinpoint and resolve project-related issues.
Required skills and qualifications

- Able to adapt to changing requirements, market conditions, and technologies. This also involves being open to feedback and new ideas.
- Understanding team dynamics, recognizing individual team members contributions, and addressing team morale and motivation.
- Successful track record of developing products within established timelines
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- bachelors degree (or equivalent) in related discipline
