Job Overview:

As a Salesforce Technical Architect specializing in Health Cloud, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and innovative solutions within the Salesforce Health Cloud environment. Your expertise will be vital in providing technical leadership, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of healthcare-focused Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand healthcare business requirements and design scalable solutions within the Salesforce Health Cloud environment.
• Provide technical leadership in the development of healthcare-focused Salesforce projects.
• Design and optimize data models and database structures to support healthcare data requirements.
• Implement and maintain integrations with healthcare systems and third-party applications.
• Customize and configure Salesforce Health Cloud features to meet specific healthcare project requirements.
• Develop and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and other customizations.:
• Implement and enforce security and compliance best practices for healthcare data management within the Salesforce platform.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA.
• Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet healthcare business requirements and quality standards.
• Debug and resolve issues as they arise during the development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for healthcare-focused Salesforce solutions.
• Provide documentation for code reviews and knowledge transfer within the team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, administrators, and other developers, to ensure the successful delivery of healthcare projects.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand evolving industry needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Total of 10 yrs Experience in IT
• Salesforce Health Cloud expertise
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Data modeling and database design skills, specifically in the healthcare domain
• Integration experience with healthcare systems and third-party applications
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations (e.g., HL7, FHIR, HIPAA)
• Security and compliance best practices in healthcare data management
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Project management and leadership abilities

Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant
