Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Specialist to join our team at Wingsbizpro, a leading integrated marketing solutions provider. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales through building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 06 months to 2 years of experience in field sales or a related role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Energetic and self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset
- Proficient in lead generation and customer relationship management
- Any degree/Diploma ITI or a relevant field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques
