Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and general human resources duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and HR Policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of human resources best practices and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred

Experience- 2 to 4 years
