Work Location: Chennai - Work from the office
Note: Candidates should have strong experience in working with Recruitment ( 70% NonIT and 30% IT Recruitment ) and Client Servicing.

Mode of Interview:
L1 Interview: Virtual Interview
L2 Interview: Face to Face Walkin ( Mandatory)

Role & responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Client Servicing:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and recruitment needs.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on the recruitment process and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to define job requirements, expectations, and key performance indicators.
- Address client concerns and feedback promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter focusing on non-IT and IT recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in client servicing and building strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
