Oracle ERP Program/Delivery Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Successfully manage implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM / SFDC projects
- Should have experience managing Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM Production Support Projects as well
- Lead, manage and structure complex, large and multifaceted engagements with complete P&L ownership
- Experienced in account management, client management, pre-sales (estimations & proposals) and up-selling
- Support and inspire incredibly talented delivery teams
- Orchestrate the design and building of critical and complex custom-designed, multi-tier, business applications that use a wide range of the very latest technologies
- Work in a collaborative, transparent, agile culture that thrives on active listening, constant learning, focus, and confidence
- Focusing on what you are passionate and leverage to build COE aligning to business objectives of organization
- Mentor and evangelize Agile, Lean, and Continuous Development best practices
Requirements/Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in software engineering/ MBA or equivalent
- Good understanding of program management with 15+ yrs. of experience in a fast-paced environment taking a product through its complete life cycle and delivering highly scalable and robust systems
- Ability to plan, execute and manage large enterprise programs
- Good Awareness of Software Development Life Cycle. SDLC models like Agile Scrum process with Jira and Sprint Planning
- High level functional knowledge of Oracle ERP or HCM Applications
- Strong knowledge of implementing Oracle Cloud ERP projects end to end
- Proven track record of working on cross-functional projects
- Good judgment, especially relevant in balancing long-term strategic investments with near-term business goals
- Able to provide architectural guidance and direction throughout the project life cycle
- Good Knowledge of technologies, environments, protocols, software development, and requirements definition to work with technical teams
- Strong experience in managing budgets, commercials, and Customer experience
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- PMP / Prince2 Certifications would be an added advantage
- Scrum certification would be an added advantage
- Exceptional and advanced English communication skills with all levels of an organization are required (written, verbal, digital, and formal presentations)
