Job description
Core Areas : Research & Development, Electric Vehicles, Battery Management, Program management, Analytics, Cost control, Last mile operations.
Experience in EV startups will be an advantage
Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate; 2-5 years of experience in operations management roles
Your Role -
Build Strong EV network: Constantly study market trends, evaluate new options for EVs including battery make / durability / range / cost and build an impenetrable EV network across Zepto - Research and
Development: Constantly research on happenings in the foreign markets, evaluate players, build a domestic ecosystem with advanced foreign technologies and have a constant hunger to experiment. - Drive High performance & customer focused culture:
Analyze EV riders metrics and provide operational support to improve efficiency. Being obsessed by metrics and diving deep to find root causes quickly, to drive improvements.
Lead KPIs related to speed, reliability, customer experience, cost as per business alignment. - Lead Innovations with speed:
Find practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality. Run experiments that will challenge our assumptions and make Zepto better.
You will have the tools to do things that have never been done before and also the freedom to fail fast. - Build Versatile and transparent culture: Hire talent with complementary skills, over communicate with ground teams and be always approachable.
