Responsibilities

• Lead the design projects from conception to completion while ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and standards.
• Develop and execute original concepts for visual designs, including but not limited to web and digital media, print materials, branding, and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with the strategy, copy, and production teams to create cohesive designs that effectively communicate our brand's message.
• Uphold and evolve the company's brand standards and guidelines across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Overlook and maintain design quality on design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance the brand's visual and creative output.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience, with a proven track record of leading design projects to successful completion.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in various design mediums and styles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) and familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership experience or strong potential to mentor junior team members.
