• Proven experience as an HR leader in the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of retail-specific HR challenges and solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
