Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Wingsbizpro. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating leads in the Rajkot, Gujarat region. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for candidates with 06 months to 2 years of experience in sales. If you are energetic, have excellent communication and convincing skills, and are passionate about driving sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 06 months-2 years of experience in field sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of the Rajkot, Gujarat market
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
  • Visit potential and existing clients to present our products and services, understand their needs, and negotiate contracts
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales and activity
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance overall sales performance
