Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in developing implementing and managing online marketing strategies to enhance the organizations digital presence and achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing various digital marketing campaigns across channels to drive brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging digital marketing trends.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan execute and optimize multichannel digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to SEO SEM social media email and content marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance analyze key metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligns with brand messaging.
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee social media accounts and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to social media trends and user engagement.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and implement onpage and offpage SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine rankings.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes.
- Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Monitor email campaign performance and implement A/B testing for optimization.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights for stakeholders.
- Budget Management:
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively allocating resources based on campaign priorities and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools.
- Certification in digital marketing is a plus.
