Kindly drop a mail with your resume who are willing to come for Walkin - [email protected] Job Purpose The Associate Engineer I will assist in monitoring, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure solutions to support our customers. You will work under the supervision of more senior team members to analyze business needs, recommend solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of operations and infrastructure services. Essential Functions Systems management, reporting and monitoring of infrastructure and cloud services Manage the network/telecom/compute and O365 environment, including provisioning, configuration, and administration of services utilizing ITIL processes Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide end-user training and support Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment strategies and activities Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide end-user training and support Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment strategies and activities Open and resolve incident and request tickets Work with development team for front-end/back-end development requirements Participate in Monthly on-call rotation After hour and weekend activities possible Flexible work rotation Work with development team for front-end/back-end development requirements Education Four years of college resulting in a bachelor's degree or equivalent Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses Python / CCNA / O365/ Linux / Microsoft / Infra Security certifications preferred.
