About the Role: 'Manager-HR'
We seek a candidate for the position of an 'Manager-HR' who shall be required to manage effectively the day-to-day functions of the HR vertical.
Job Description
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Talent Acquisition: Increased channels of sourcing candidates. Brings innovation in sourcing candidates, ensuring timely closure of vacancies, thereby minimizing the gap of offered-to-joined candidates.
- Manages the employee onboarding process, and helps organize training & development initiatives from time to time.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment laws.
- Maintains various employee related records and database. Should have good knowledge of MS Office suite and related software/ portals used for Recruitments.
- Resolves miscellaneous employee queries within TAT. Should be accurate and fast.
- Vendor Management: The candidate should manage the various hiring vendors.
- Handles backend queries with respect to various HR modules being used in the company.
- General administration of office affairs. Should know how to get work done.
Education and Experience
- Minimum qualification is Graduation. MBA in HR is preferred.
- Work experience of minimum 5 years in related domain is preferred.
Work Location
The base location would be Lucknow.
