Job description

Responsibilities -

• Oversee the development and execution of robust engineering plans, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product roadmaps
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, quality assurance, and project management
• Monitor and optimize engineering processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall team performance
• Lead and contribute to the evaluation of technical feasibility for new projects and initiatives
• Help define and ensure alignment with agreed architectural / solution design guidelines
