Division/Department APP-OPS Location List PRF # Job Title SAP BASIS Level 3 Reports to No of position : Stream : SAP BASIS Type of position: List Title List SAP BASIS Admin List General Description Responsibilities :- - Adhering to SLAs - ITIL Processes awareness and adhering to - Reporting to the Track Lead / Team Lead - Helping team members in case of Issues/Technical Problems - Handling tickets / requests - Troubleshooting technical issues - Ensuring that the processes are adhered to - Understanding of Multi-geo support environment - Responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration - Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA - Responsible for building / maintaining a test environment - Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction - Implementing new technologies and design changes - Implementing Backup/Restoration Strategy for operational support - Applying patches/upgrades to maintain security level - Assist in implementation of Data centre consolidation - Perform H/W & performance monitoring and implement recommendations - Day-to-Day reporting tasks - Vendor co-ordination & followup Technical Requirements Key skill : SAP BASIS ,Netweaver,New Dimensional Technology ,PI/PO, SIAM, WCEM, APO,CRM,,FIORI,SAP HANA,GRC, HCM, Solman, JAVA, B4HANA, ADS, BW - Installing, configuring and maintaining SAP Servers - Required skill and responsibilities Strong SAP Basis skills from production support and implementation perspective Ability to build landscape for new - This role is responsible for performance, availability and scalability of the applications, and maintains the functional interface to the application infrastructure. Installation as team member for any of the activites Upgrade,Migration,System Refresh -TMS, Patching, batch jobs, sap router - Oracle, Max DB, db2, HANA Solution Manager Charm Hands-on experience on MDM/BO/Portal side Refreshes, upgrades of JAVA and ABAP systems Experience in SAP performance tuning, adjusting SAP memory parameter for best performance. Experience in support pack, add -on upgrades using SPAM, SAINT, SUM, EHPI & JSPM Tools. Thorough knowledge and Experience with Installation, Post-Installations and Configuration of ECC 6.0+EHP, NW Component (PI,PO,BI) and Solution Manager Soft Skills - Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written) - Good documentation skills - Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio) - Should have a great customer handling skills - Able to handle unforeseen situations - High level of acceptance - Can drive HCL s value and its methodology Other Skills / Experience - Worked on Production systems - Datacenter understanding - Experience with Server Migration, Installation, Upgrades and Patching - Other Skill - Oracle/SQL server DBA, Unix admin /Window Years of Experience Total : 8+ Years of experience Relavant : Minimum of 6+ yrs in SAP Administration Certification requirements Certification : Basis ,Netweaver ,Solman Education requirements - Bachelors / Masters / Equivalent Reviewed by Title Approved by Title Date Posted Date Hired HCL Confidential (1.)
