Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Jaipur for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for Ewego Logistics by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The Recruiter will also be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific talent requirements and developing recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, preferably in the logistics or transportation field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to handle a high volume of recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
