As a Master Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our supply chain processes through meticulous analysis, synchronization, and optimization of master data elements. Working closely with process owners, you'll identify key data elements critical to our supply chain operations and prioritize them for maximum impact.
Job Responsibilities Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Conduct thorough analysis in collaboration with process owners to identify and prioritize critical master data elements essential for optimizing supply chain core processes.
- Evaluate periodically the state of the master data health, identifying gaps and inconsistencies, and develop robust improvement plans to enhance data accuracy and alignment.
- Promptly address discrepancies and mismatches in master data elements, including production planning parameters, inter-company parameters, and purchasing info records, to maintain accuracy and consistency across the supply chain network.
- Develop the method with Supply Chain Process owners to secure the constant synchronization of master data, coping with the dynamic changes of Supply Chain.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain core processes and their interdependencies, with insights into various master data requirements within the supply chain context.
- Proficiency in supply chain policies such as Make to Order, Make to Stock, and their application across diverse business models.
- Demonstrated experience in managing master data specifically tailored to supply chain functions.
- Expertise in establishing and implementing effective master data governance structures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
