Position Overview:
As a B2B Sales Specialist - Petrochemicals, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach across various markets, tailored to the specific petrochemical products we supply in domestic markets. Your expertise in the understanding technical aspects of petrochemicals, market dynamics, key stakeholders in the respective market and international trade practices will be instrumental in driving our sales strategy and achieving growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities in varying markets and industries relevant to our petrochemical products.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of petrochemicals, their applications, and market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, adapting strategies to meet the diverse needs of different markets.
- Navigate the complexities of international trade practices and shipping logistics, ensuring efficient and compliant transactions.
- Utilise exceptional communication and negotiation skills to close deals and foster long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the Business team to develop innovative sales strategies, targeting specific markets with tailored approaches.
- Represent Uniproc Energies at global industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Solid experience in sales within the manufacturing and infra industries, demonstrating a strong technical understanding of oil & petrochemical products. First hand experience in the role of B2B Sales of Raw Materials in Indian market will be considered favourable.
- Proficiency in international trade practices, shipping logistics, and global market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel pan India and adapt to diverse cultural and business environments with clients across different geographies.
- Leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
