Essential Job Functions - Minimum of 12 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams.
- Strong client-facing and consulting skills.
