Job Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our team at MS FINCAP PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making cold calls, and closing sales over the phone. Qualifications And Skills - 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence customers

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

Roles And Responsibilities - Make cold calls to potential customers and introduce our loan products
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects
- Explain the loan application process and assist customers in completing their applications
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our loan offerings
- Close sales over the phone and meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with customers
