ICF's IT Support Specialists provide analysis and technical support for a global user base. The role is primarily office based with flexibility to work from home on occasion.

You will be a part of our global support team and work Monday to Friday to support users on our busy helpdesk.

Flexibility to cover occasional evening and weekend shifts and project work is required (Shifts may be adjusted based on business needs)

Previous helpdesk support experience in a corporate environment is preferred. Knowledge of audio-visual equipment would be advantageous. Experience with Microsoft365 technologies advantageous; including Azure, Intune and/or Purview.
