I.
Hiring specifications Job Purpose: Grow the business in the defined region in order to meet the organisation’s strategic business plan both in the near term and the long term Role Expectations: · Identifies and profiles the potential market for the company’s products and services on a continuing basis · Is able to craft solutions, under guidance, to meet business needs of the organisation · Works towards both near term and long term objectives in business growth in a planned manner · Able to influence clients at different operational levels specially to close orders · Understands the technical nature of the products and their applications · Is both systemic in approach and creative in terms of solutions Reporting structure: · Role will report into AVP Sales (Warehouse) Interactions: · Internal Stakeholders: Solutioning and Software development teams, NPD and project managers etc. · External Stakeholders: Customer at CXOs level, plant/warehouse head/project head etc. II. PEOPLE SPECIFICATIONS Profile: Ideally ~ · MBA in Marketing · with Basic Engineering degree · With 6+ years of Sales and Marketing experience in warehouse domain, consultative /solution selling etc. Experience in understanding warehouse automation process design and operations. Requisites: Exposure to sales and marketing for sun-rise industries in the technology domain. Ideal fitment from automation process experience in E Commerce, 3PLs customers.
