Responsibilities
Support the Chief Strategy Officer to execute key projects and manage the end-to-end execution of the same. Collaborate and follow up with cross functional teams to tackle high-priority tasks. Plan and review projects & processes, analyze any red flags and organize interventions to keep things on track, etc. Shadow the CSO on all key external and internal meetings and ensure detailed documentation and follow-ups. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including: managing calendars & appointments, managing correspondence, complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, etc. Handling any other ad hoc duties or tasks delegated by the management to ensure smooth operations and support their productivity. Design, Develop, and Sustain Data Trackers and Dashboards. Requirements: BE/Btech from a Premier Institute with 2 - 4 yrs of project management experience preferably in a similar role. Self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent business acumen. Should be technically sound. Advanced Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel. Very strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to hustle & get their hands dirty, and comfortable with ambiguity..
