Job description
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing and cohesive designs for various digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and more.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual assets that align with the brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
Video Editing:
Edit and produce high-quality educational videos, promotional content, and other multimedia materials.
Utilize video editing software to enhance and refine raw footage, add effects, transitions, and ensure a seamless and engaging final product.
Collaborate with content creators and instructional designers to transform educational content into visually engaging video formats.
Storyboarding:
Develop storyboards and visual concepts for videos to ensure a clear and impactful narrative.
Work closely with content creators to understand the educational content and translate it into effective visual storytelling.
Multimedia Asset Management:
Organize and maintain a library of multimedia assets, including graphics, videos, and other design elements.
Ensure consistent branding and design standards across all materials.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content development, and instructional design, to align visual elements with overall project goals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and video production processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of current design and video editing trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field.
